What is a SAP calculation?
A SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) calculation is the government-approved method for assessing the energy performance of residential buildings in the UK. It’s required for newly constructed homes, conversions such as building from existing structure, barn conversions, splitting existing dwelling into 2 and vice versa as well as major extensions.
